Ashkey Property had seen the excellent work we’d produced for Property for Life and asked us to produce a website that could market their property portfolio to property investors across the UK. They had a portfolio of properties from Florida and the Caribbean so we created additional property listing sections.
Once the website was live and converting from Google AdWords traffic Ashkey Property decided to invest in Search Engine Optimisation, link building began and resulted in some very high rankings for some of the most competitive property investment phrases in Google UK.
The traffic generated converted well and drove a huge turnover of property.
